Transcribing the Sky
July 27th & August 16th

3:00 PM

Josh Urban returns to LBPD to host a conversation with youth ages 7- 17 years about the James Webb Space Telescope’s most recent observations. Share your perspective on the best way to communicate the telescope’s findings to the blind and low-vision communities. Should the pictures be converted to sound? Should they produce 3D printed graphics? Your thoughts are important to us. Part one of this two-part event is on July 27th at 3:00 PM, with the follow-up session occurring on August 16th. Register by July 25th using the following link: https://forms.gle/R3HNsp92BT2KYpSX6. After registration, you will receive confirmation information either by email or phone.
